Reanimation
In an effort to move beyond examination of feminity in the frame to something that captures the essence of cinema through the uncanny. Proposing that cinema is a mother of zombies as it re-animates the dead, this is a performance where I direct a film shoot where video and film operate in tension to capture both Affection-Images, that being the re-animation process in close up, and Action-Images, that being the famous zombie walk which staggers through time and space, playing with our perception.
